List job pipeline
Candidates on a job, by pipeline stage, with their match IDs.

Returns the matches of one job: match_id, candidate and stage. stage_counts shows how many candidates sit in each stage. added_to_job_on is the date Manatal shows as Added to Job on and is filled only when an admin has turned on Candidate Matches. Dropped candidates are not included.
