Convert an estimate to an invoice

Create an invoice from an estimate.

MCP tool method_crm_write → convert_estimate_to_invoice

write Confirm

Does what Create > Create Invoice does and saves the invoice. A deposit already received appears as a line item with your Deposit Item. The customer is not contacted; send_invoice does that. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

Parameters

Parameters: convert_estimate_to_invoice
NameTypeDescription
estimate_id string required string Estimate ID.
wait_for_sync_approval boolean boolean Ticks "Wait for approval before syncing" so QuickBooks stays untouched until you untick it in Method. Default true.
