Reject a request
Reject one request from your Inbox, with an optional comment.

Rejects a request you are an approver for. The comment is optional and the requester reads it in the Inbox notification about the rejection. A rejected request cannot be re-opened; the employee has to send a new one. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
