Link feedback to a feature
Highlights a quote in a feedback item and links it to a feature with an importance.

Creates an insight: the quote you give is highlighted in the feedback item and linked to the feature with an importance. importance is one of unknown, nice_to_have, important or critical, which add +1, +1, +2 and +3 to the feature. quote must be text from the feedback. Linking the same item to another feature is a second call. It reaches no one and unlink_insight undoes it, so it does not wait for your OK.
