List app users
Users of an app with their role, as the Users page lists them.

Returns the rows of the Users page of one app: name, email and role. Opening the Users page needs an App Admin or App Manager role, or the 'Manage users and share the app' permission on your role; other roles get APP_PERMISSION_DENIED. Filter by role to narrow the list. Pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page.
