Approve shift exchange
Approve an accepted shift exchange.

write Confirm
Moves the shift to the colleague who accepted it and returns the shift with its new owner. Your role needs the Approve exchanges permission. Both employees are notified. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
