Complete message
Mark a Smart Inbox message as complete so it leaves the main feed.

Marks the message complete. It leaves the main Smart Inbox feed and appears in the Completed Messages view. Needs the Manage Message Status permission. Completing reaches no customer, so complete_message runs without asking first.
