List profiles
List the social profiles connected to your Sprout account.
MCP tool sprout_social_read → list_profiles

Returns each profile your login can see, with the network, the name shown in Sprout and the profile ID the other tools take. Use it first to turn "my Instagram" into an ID. Profiles your role cannot see are not listed.
