List bookings
Bookings with their events, filtered by status and date.

Lists bookings, the umbrella over one or more events such as a wedding with a rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception. Each row has the status, start and end date, contact, account and its events. Filter by status or by the dates the booking starts and ends. Use get_booking for the full record.
Parameters

| status string | string | Prospect, Tentative, Definite, Closed or Lost. |
| starts_after date | date | Bookings starting on or after this date. |
| ends_before date | date | Bookings ending on or before this date. |
| location_id integer | integer | Only this location. Needed if your account has more than one. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
