Turn down lead
Mark a lead as turned down.

write Confirm
Marks the lead Turned Down, the same as turning it down in Tripleseat. The guest gets no email or notification. Tripleseat suggests converting a lead you will not pursue to a contact instead, so you keep the details; use turn_down_lead when you do not want to store the guest. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
