Reject a membership application
Reject a Pending - New application; the person stays in your database as a contact.

Selects Reject on the Membership tab. Wild Apricot keeps the record as a contact. For a paid application it cancels the application, unsettles the payment and voids the invoice; it does not refund, so the response names the payer and the amount. For an unpaid application the tool voids and deletes the invoice, then cancels. Needs a full administrator or a membership manager. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
