14 endpoints for Accelo, each at its own method and path, called with your API key. Open an endpoint for its inputs, examples and response.

Connects with: Your own Accelo login on your deployment. What your agent can do follows your Accelo permissions. You sign in yourself in your Cloud Browser; Cotlet never sees your password.

Endpoint	Description
GET /tickets	Tickets that match your filters, with standing, status, priority, client and assignee.
GET /tickets/{ticket_id}	One ticket with its fields, tasks and every message and note.
GET /companies	Client companies that match a search, with status and manager.
GET /contacts	People at a client company, with email and phone.
GET /projects	Projects with status, client, manager and due date.
GET /tasks	Tasks on tickets and projects, with assignee, status and due date.
GET /invoices	Invoices with amount, amount outstanding, raised date and due date.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

POST /tickets/{ticket_id}/replies Confirm	Send an email reply to the client on a ticket.
POST /tickets/{ticket_id}/note	Add a private note to a ticket.
POST /againsts/{against_id}/times	Log time on a ticket or project, billable or not.
PATCH /tickets/{ticket_id} Confirm	Change a ticket's status, priority, class or assignee.
POST /againsts/{against_id}/tasks Confirm	Create a task on a ticket or project.
POST /sales/{sale_id}/quotes Confirm	Create a draft quote on a sale.
PATCH /projects/{project_id} Confirm	Change a project's title, status, manager or due date.
