Reply to ticket
Send an email reply to the client on a ticket.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/accelo/tickets/{ticket_id}/replies
write Confirm
Creates an email activity on the ticket and sends it to the ticket's contact, with any CC addresses you pass. It appears in the ticket thread like a reply written in Accelo and is billable by default, as activities on tickets are. It logs no time unless you also call log_time. Accelo sends it as you. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
