Add ticket note
Add a private note to a ticket.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/accelo/tickets/{ticket_id}/note

Creates a note activity on the ticket, private to your team and sent to no client. Use it to leave the reason for a change. It reaches no one, so it does not ask for confirmation. Edit or delete the note in Accelo if it is wrong.
