Add comment
Comment on a highlighted line of a recording's transcript.

Posts a comment that is time-stamped to the highlighted line. A mentioned teammate is notified. Bluedot cannot edit a posted comment, so a wrong one has to be deleted in Bluedot. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters

| meeting_id string required | string | Recording ID from list_meetings or search_meetings. |
| quoted_text string required | string | The transcript text to highlight, exactly as written. The comment takes the timestamp of this line. |
| text string required | string | The comment. Start a name with @ to mention a teammate. |
