Create notes template
Add a custom notes template to the workspace.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/bluedot/templates

Needs the Pro plan or higher. A shared template is visible to everyone in the workspace, who can then use it, so it reaches other people; a private one reaches nobody. Returns the template ID. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters

| name string required | string | Template name, for example a call type. |
| prompt string required | string | The prompt that tells the AI how to write the notes. It may ask for a table or a checklist. |
| model string | string | AI model as the Add Template form lists it, for example Claude 4.6 Sonnet or GPT-5. |
| visibility string | string | private (only you, default) or shared (everyone in the workspace). |
| workspace_id string | string | Workspace ID from list_workspaces. Leave out to use your current workspace. |
