List collections
List collections and sub-collections with your access level in each.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/bluedot/collections
read
Returns the collections you can see in the sidebar, nested ones with their parent_collection_id. Each row has your access (full_access, can_upload, can_view or no_access), whether it sends notes to Slack and the ID of its enforced notes template, if any. Collections you have no access to do not appear.
Parameters

| workspace_id string | string | Workspace ID from list_workspaces. Leave out to use your current workspace. |
| parent_collection_id string | string | Only the sub-collections of this collection. Leave out to list all. |
