Create task
Creates a task on a property.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/breezeway/properties/{property_id}/tasks
write Confirm
Returns the new task ID, status and assignees. A task from a template carries the template's checklist. Assigned people can be notified depending on the account's draft and commit settings. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| template_id integer | integer | Template ID from list_templates. |
| scheduled_date string | string | Date, YYYY-MM-DD. |
| person_ids array | array | IDs from list_people to assign. |
