Reopen task
Puts a closed task back in progress.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/breezeway/tasks/{task_id}/reopen
write Confirm
Returns the task with its new status. With notify_assignees true, the assignees hear about it. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
