List task templates
Lists the active task templates (checklists) of a department.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/breezeway/templates
read
Returns each active template with its ID, name and department. The template ID goes into create_task. Templates are created in the app, under Settings > Tasks > Templates.
