List action items
The Action Items section of a call: text, assignee, whether it is done and whether a person wrote it.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/fathom-video/calls/{call_id}/action-items

Returns every item in the Action Items section of one call. user_generated is true for items someone added by hand and false for items Fathom extracted after the call. completed is the state of the checkbox on the call page. timestamp is the moment in the recording the item was detected, when Fathom has one. A call without items returns an empty list, which is also what a Free account without Auto-Generate Action Items sees.
