Remove call access

Take a person off the Share menu of a call.

DELETE https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/fathom-video/calls/{call_id}/access

write Confirm

Clicks Remove next to one email in the sharing details, so that person can no longer open the call. It does not unsend the email they already got, and anyone with the link can still open a call whose link access is anyone_with_link. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
