Add internal note
Add an internal note to a conversation. The customer does not see it.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/freescout/conversations/{conversation_id}/notes
write Confirm
Adds a note under your name, the same as Add Note in the conversation. Notes are for your team and are not sent to the customer. A note cannot be removed with one call from Cotlet, so keep it short. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
