Set conversation status
Set a conversation to Active, Pending, Closed or Spam.
PUT https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/freescout/conversations/{conversation_id}/status
write
Changes the status of one conversation, the same as the Status dropdown. It sends nothing to the customer and one more call sets it back, so it does not wait for your OK. FreeScout has only these four statuses. If your team has a Workflows rule that emails the customer on closing, that rule still runs.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| conversation_id integer required | integer | Conversation ID from list_conversations or get_conversation. It is not the #number shown in the list. |
| status string required | string | active, pending, closed or spam. |
