Merge conversations
Merge one conversation into another.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/freescout/merge-intos/{merge_into_id}/conversations/{conversation_id}/merge
write Confirm
Uses the Merge action of FreeScout, which its REST API does not offer. conversation_id is merged into merge_into_id, and the response names the conversation that remains. Do it for two conversations of the same customer; merging customers is a different action. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| conversation_id integer required | integer | The conversation to merge, from list_conversations. |
| merge_into_id integer required | integer | The conversation that stays. |
