Create a folder
Create a new folder in your account.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/instapaper/folders
write
Creates a folder with the title you give and returns its ID. It goes to the end of your folder order. Reaches no one and is undone by deleting the folder in Instapaper, so it runs without asking.
