List folders
Your folders with their IDs, in the order you set.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/instapaper/folders
read
Returns every folder in the account with its ID, title and position. The ID is what list_bookmarks, save_bookmark and move_bookmark take. Home, Archive and Liked are not folders and are not listed.
