Add candidate note
A note on a candidate record, with an action type and an optional job link.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jobdiva/candidates/{candidate_id}/note

Saves the note on the record and returns its note_id. The action is the type name as set up in your JobDiva account; copy one from list_candidate_notes. job_id links the note to an open job. It sends nothing and reaches no one, so it does not wait for your OK.

| action string | string | Action type name as set up in your JobDiva account, for example Phone Call. |
