Add candidates to hotlist
Put candidates into a hotlist.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jobdiva/hotlists/{hotlist_id}/candidates-to-hotlists

Adds the candidates in one call and returns how many are in the hotlist now. Reaches no one and is undone with remove_candidates_from_hotlist, so it does not wait for your OK.
