List candidate notes
The notes on a candidate record, newest first.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jobdiva/candidate-notes
read
Returns each note with its text, action type, action date and author, and the job it is linked to when it has one. Pinned notes are marked. Read it before add_candidate_note to avoid a double note.
