Add tags to a conversation
Add existing tags to one conversation and keep the others.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/kustomer/conversations/{conversation_id}/tags
Adds tags to a conversation and keeps the ones already there. A conversation holds at most 20 tags and a tag name is at most 64 characters. Use names from list_tags: a deactivated tag cannot be added. Tags reach no customer and one call removes them again with remove_tags, so this call does not ask for confirmation. Your business rules and workflows run as usual after a tag change.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| conversation_id string required | string | Conversation ID from search_conversations. |
| add_tags string[] required | string[] | Tag names to add. |
| remove_tags string[] | string[] | Tag names to remove. |
