Cancel a booking
Cancel a booking with an optional reason.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/timetastic/requests/{request_id}/booking/cancel

Returns the booking with the status Cancelled. Anyone can cancel their own leave from tomorrow on; leave for today or earlier needs the approver or an admin, or the call fails with APP_PERMISSION_DENIED. The approver gets an email. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
