Get the monthly leave summary
Leave totals per person and leave type for one month, plus the booking rows.

Reads the Monthly summary from Settings > Reporting & Backup: totals per active user by leave type, and the month's requests and bookings. The rows include declined and cancelled requests, each with its status. The account must be able to open that page, or the call fails with APP_PERMISSION_DENIED.
Parameters

| include_rows boolean | boolean | Also return the booking rows of the Leave sheet. Defaults to true. |
