Get the annual allowance summary
Allowance, carry forward, time in lieu, leave used and remaining per person for one year.

Reads the Annual summary from Settings > Reporting & Backup and returns the Allowances sheet: allowance, brought forward, leave used, time in lieu and remaining per person. It does not return the Leave sheet; use get_monthly_summary for rows. The account must be able to open that page.
