Add internal note
Writes an internal note on a conversation, visible to your team and not to the customer.

Adds a note to the thread, shown to your team only. A note can mention a colleague, so it can reach people. It cannot be edited or deleted through Cotlet. Returns the note ID and the time. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
