Search conversations
Conversations that match a ticket number, name, phone number, email address or keywords.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/trengo/conversations/search
Runs the inbox search and returns matches in the same shape as list_conversations. The query takes a ticket number, a contact name, a phone number, an email address, a whole email domain such as @example.com, or words from the conversation. Put a phrase in quotation marks, or set exact, to match the words in that order. Deleted tickets do not appear. Pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| query string required | string | Ticket number, name, phone number with country code, email address, domain or keywords. |
| field enum | enum | subject, ticket_number or contact_email. Default: all fields. |
| exact boolean | boolean | Only match the words in that exact order. Default: false. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
