Update case
Set a case's group, owner, priority, status or SLA.
PATCH https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/vtiger/records/{record_id}/case
write Confirm
Changes the fields you pass on one case and leaves the others as they are. group is the team picklist from Deep Dive, assigned_to a person, sla_name one of the customer SLAs. Setting Resolved starts Vtiger's own wait before the case closes by itself. A group or SLA the CRM does not have fails, and the error lists the options. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
