Get ticket
One ticket with its attributes, customer and tags, without the messages.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/zammad/tickets/{ticket_id}
read
Returns the ticket sidebar of one ticket: title, number, state, priority, group, owner, customer with organization, tags, created and updated times, and pending_until when the state is a pending one. The messages come from list_ticket_articles. A ticket outside your account's groups returns APP_PERMISSION_DENIED.
