Create quote
Create a draft quote on a sale.

Creates a quote with a title on a sale, with the manager and quote template you pass, and returns it as a draft. It does not publish or send the quote; building the estimate and Publish & Send happen in Accelo. Changing the template later does not refill the content. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
