Reply to ticket
Send an email reply to the client on a ticket.
MCP tool accelo_write → reply_to_ticket
write Confirm
Creates an email activity on the ticket and sends it to the ticket's contact, with any CC addresses you pass. It appears in the ticket thread like a reply written in Accelo and is billable by default, as activities on tickets are. It logs no time unless you also call log_time. Accelo sends it as you. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| ticket_id integer required | integer | Ticket ID from list_tickets. |
| body string required | string | The message text. |
| cc array | array | Email addresses to copy. |
