Approve bill for payment
Approve an open bill for payment on the Approve Bills for Payment form.

Approves one bill on the Approve Bills for Payment form so it can be paid. The call fails with a permission error for a user without access to that form. Approving does not pay the bill. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
