Add candidates to hotlist
Put candidates into a hotlist.
MCP tool jobdiva_write → add_candidates_to_hotlist

Adds the candidates in one call and returns how many are in the hotlist now. Reaches no one and is undone with remove_candidates_from_hotlist, so it does not wait for your OK.
