List submittals
Submittals filtered by job, candidate or company.
MCP tool jobdiva_read → list_submittals
read
Returns one row per submittal with the candidate, the job, the status and the submittal date. Filter by job_id to see who is already on a job, or by candidate_id to see where a person was sent. Pass at least one filter.
