Log a call
Log a call on a record with direction, status, time and notes.
MCP tool suitecrm_write → log_call
write
Creates the call on the record you name, and it shows in its Activities or History tile by Status. It adds no invitees and sends no invitations, so it reaches no one and does not wait for your OK.

| related_to_module string | string | Module of the record it belongs to: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities or Cases. |
| related_to_id string | string | Record ID of the record it belongs to. |
| description string | string | Notes of the call. |
