Get course enrollment settings
Enrollment limit and waitlist setting of one course.

Opens the content and reads its Enrollment step > Access tab: whether Limit Enrollments is on, the maximum number of enrollments and whether Enable Waitlisting is on. These settings belong to a session, so a webinar with several sessions returns one entry per session.
