Get learner access
One learner's profile with the content on the Access tab and any waitlisted content.

Opens the learner profile and reads the Access tab: each piece of content with its type and status, and the Waitlisted Content container when the learner is on a waitlist. Waitlisted Content shows only for accounts allowed to provision learner access. Use it before enroll_learner to see what the learner already has.
