List Auto Assignment rules
Rules that enroll learners automatically, with conditions and unenroll setting.

Reads the Auto Assignment page. Each rule has its internal name, the courses or learning paths it assigns, its conditions, whether all or at least one must match, and whether it unenrolls learners who stop matching. The page exists only on instances where Auto Assignment is switched on, and holds at most 50 rules. Without it the call returns an error that says so.
