Set call tags
Set the tags of one call to exactly the list you pass.
PUT https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/aircall/calls/{call_id}/tags
Replaces the call tags with the labels you pass; an empty list removes them all. A label that is not in list_tags fails with a message naming it, because only Admins and Supervisors create tags. Tags reach no customer and one more call undoes the change, so this tool does not wait for your OK. Tags sync to a CRM connected to the line after the call ends, and a number with mandatory call tagging expects a tag on every connected call.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| call_id string required | string | Call ID from list_calls. |
