Close conversation
Close a Conversation without sending anything to the customer.

Does what Close does in Gladly. It does not message the customer, and Gladly will not close a Conversation during an active phone call. Returns the new status. A closed Conversation can be reopened, but your team sees the change. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
