List topics
Topics your organization uses to tag Conversations, with their parent Topics.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/gladly/topics

Returns every enabled Topic with its ID and parent. Nested Topics show as parent > child, for example Exchange > Size. The agent only uses Topics from this list. Topics are created by administrators in Gladly, not by this tool.
